RETURNS
All sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Most, if not all, items in my shop are custom, made to order, drinkware, or apparel. Once proof is approved on custom items, production begins and items can not be changed. Please be sure to carefully inspect proof prior to approving.
The only exception will be items received damaged or wrong item was received.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event this were to occur, the defective, damaged, or wrong item must be returned to us within 7 business days. Once we receive the item a replacement will be made and shipped. Standard processing and shipping times will apply.
